January 21, 2025I just recently moved in. The property is in a great location, and a pretty quiet area. It’s in close proximity to schools, restaurants and shopping. The property looks like it has been kept up well. I like that there’s a workout facility and bikes on-site. They have an awards program for residents. December 28, 2024The area is a great to live. Convenient to the local schools, stores and the bus stop is close to the complex. Staff is friendly and professional. If I have a maintenance issue; it is fixed at a timely matter. Noise level is what is expected at an apartment complex. August 22, 2024While we genuinely appreciate residing here, I feel compelled to address a noticeable decline in the building's upkeep, noise levels, and maintenance services. I have previously communicated about the concerning state of our stairwells, which appear to be accumulating a concerning growth of black mold. How difficult could it be to hose down the staircases ever fortnight?? I do not like living in filth!!!! Additionally, I encountered a water leak in my apartment that resulted in significant damage ...to the drywall, which remains unrepaired. I want to emphasize that this is not a criticism of the maintenance staff, particularly Mike, who consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication. However, it is evident that the workload exceeds his capacity to effectively address all issues. Furthermore, the noise levels have become increasingly disruptive, with residents revving their cars at unreasonable hours, both during the night and morning. I hope that these concerns will be addressed!!Property Manager Responded
