Overall, it’s a good place to live. It’s not overly noisy, the office staff does a great job, and we’re always notified when there will be any kind of maintenance in the building. The gym is small, and it would be nice to have 8-lb dumbbells as well.

By far the best place I have ever lived. The leasing office is patient, kind, and flexible. The maintenance staff is responsive and non-invasive when making repairs. The property as a whole is a well-oiled machine and beautifully maintained. I have no complaints

Our experience as residents has been very good! We have a good amount of space on the balcony, and the maintenance and office staff are always available when we need them. The gym is small, but it’s possible to work out with good quality.

Good location. Easy walk to mall and Walmart. Apartments do need better insulation against winter winds. Plenty of parking spaces. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Living here is pretty good. I like the amenities like the laundry rooms and fitness room. The neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. I like how my unit has a walk-in closet and a dishwasher. I wish there was more cabinet space and a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's very cozy and the location is convenient and close to my workplace.

The staff are friendly and help resolve any issues that occur. The complex is fairly quiet and people are generally quite friendly. Only concern would be making sure other pet owners are cleanup up after their dogs as everytime I go to walk my dog i tend to see dog poop out in the yard from others not cleaning up.
