November 29, 2025Decent location but not much upkeep for residents but perfect for your dogs with the upkeep of the doggy parks. Rent will never be one price and always increases no matter what and they do not update the apartments. They also do not have cameras although there are a lot of vehicle break ins.Review from Apartments.com
Overall Nice Apartment
April 28, 2025We've been living at Heather Ridge for four months. The staff is very friendly and responds when we need it. The units are generally quiet (good soundproofing and thermal isolation). The lawn is well maintained and the apartment generally works well. The Grocery Store is close by.Property Manager Responded

Great Place
April 12, 2025This was my very first apartment by myself, and I'm honestly really happy with my experience. Communication with the office is great and maintenance is always quick to respond. The location is PHENOMENAL because everything is within walking distance. The mall, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Walmart, and an abundance of food places are literally 10 minute walks from here.Property Manager Responded

Good option with central location
April 23, 2024Pretty cozy units, clean when I moved in, normally quiet even when you're by the main road, nice grassy areas for pets, and the employees in the office are nice. The only complaint I have is the maintenance. It took 7 maintenance requests to get my HVAC working consistently, because for the first five they were all band-aid fixes. If you can be a squeaky wheel and you want somewhere small to live, this is a good option.Property Manager Responded

Cozy with all essentials!
