My son almost lost his toes due to mold issues. Eczema so severe. Doctors said can’t return to environment. I have never received a call from management. We are displaced and have been since 3/18/24. All our belongings are still there cuz we can’t remove anything until it has been deemed safe thru proper EPA guidelines. I hired a mold company who has determined the unit has a huge problem and 3x the moisture present. I have sent these finding to corporate and office and no response. We will hire ...
for testing of indoor air quality and surface contamination at our expense for now. Everyone needs to be aware of the unsafe living environments they provide.

Heatherstone is a beautiful apartment complex, with an excellent maintenance staff.
It is family oriented, quiet, close to schools, churches, shopping and support. There is easy access to Transit bussing and Uber/Lyft.

En el poco tiempo que tengo viviendo en Heatherstone puedo calificar como 100% positiva. Me gusta que tengan estacionamiento asignado. Y al momento de una emergencia dentro del apartamento han solucionado al instante. Sus áreas son alumbradas y eso me parece excelente. El área de parque y piscina se mantienen limpias. Y el aseo pasa diariamente.

It's a friendly, clean community which I'm proud to call home. Since I first moved in Teresa made my application and paperwork process so much easier, she definitely pays attention to detail and is there to help in anyway you need. From giving you a tour of the appartment to their pools, (yes they have 2) the playroom and their exercise room too.
