March 14, 2023I inquired about vacancies and the cost of apartments there. I’m not sure who the lady was that answer the phone, but she was not very friendly at all not willing to just talk about the apartments in general. She was very blunt. Definitely not somebody I would want to rent from she was not personable at all, and when you’re not from the area and you’re trying to move, it’s hard talking to people like that . Beautiful Apartments in Boones Mill, VA
November 26, 2017Locally-owned and operated by Boones Mill residents. Pretty, clean, nice amenities and most important for an apartment complex - good neighbors. I think what I really appreciate is that the owners aren't afraid to tell trouble-makers and people that throw wild parties that they aren't welcome. Horrible people
May 23, 2017Horrible management. Do NOT move here. I was 7 months pregnant with my son and had spoken with the owner about moving into a 2 bedroom and it had been agreed for over 2 months that i would have the plave by middle of january. We spoke on numerous occasions about sec deposit and repairs being done as to when we could move in. A week before we were suposed to move the secretary calls me and tells me it had already been rented to someone else because the crazy neighbor who threatened me and my ...boyfriend over a parking space that wasnt even hers went and tattled to management and said my guests were parking in their parking spaces and were being rude and harrasing her which was a lie. So we had to find another place since our lease was up in feb for the 1 bedroom we were in. They made up a bunch of fake damages to the apartment and charged me for cleaning it when i scrubbed that apartment clean before we left. Their horrible people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
