I have lived here for sometime and am very happy with maint and the quality of my home. I have done just that, made it my home. They let me paint, and hang things. I have decorated my back patio with Christmas lights, it is my fenced in zen area. I am very lucky to have found this gorgeous, safe community to live in.

Do not move into this place management is terrible maintenance does a half jack job and they want to charge you to fix terrible plumbing issues they refuse to fix correctly, overflow of parking, the apartment complex was trashed and never cleaned. Would not recommend moving in

I am proud to call Heathwood village my home for almost 5 years. We started out in a 2 br and transferred to a 3 br. They have a pool that is monitored by staff and a secure weight room. They are quick to take care of any maintenance issues or any other issues that may arise. The entire staff is very friendly, with my favorites being Tammy and Fred. The grounds are well cared for on a daily basis and flowers provided at no charge to all residents in late May. They are also a pet friendly ...

My husband and I were looking for an apartment that was in between Zanesville and Columbus. After tons of searching we found a great home! We love having so much space! Maintainance is really good about keeping up with requests and doing lots of updates. We live in a safe neighborhood that is very close to a playground, the pool, fitness center, and elementary school. I would feel comfortable raising a family here. :)

My husband and I have lived at Heathwood Village 3 different times. We have been there 4 years this time. Tammy, the Manager helped us easily pick a home and painlessly get moved in. The staff are very sweet and helpful. This stay has been the best because as we moved out last time, Tammy was promoted to Manager and has done a wonderful job. Tammy knows her business extremely well. It feels like home!

WAY overpriced

I rented a small two bedroom, 1.5 bath from this place last year and while the rent was okay in the beginning ($665) they wanted to up the rent by $100 the second year with no explanation at all. The apartments on either side had a family of 9 people to our left and a family of drug users to our right. We brought multiple complaints to management with no results or imitative. For the price, the apartment windows were very poorly insulated which cause our gas bill to be outrageous. The bathrooms ...
had cracks in the tub and the carpet (apparently was cleaned upon us moving in) had dead bugs underneath the vents. Management was a joke, maintenance men came at their leisure and for what else was available in the area, it is way too expensive. If you are the type of person that loves a loud, drug dealing, dirty environment then Heath Hood Village is your place to be!

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years. I love the neighborhood and the people who live in it. I have never lived near a better group of neighbors. My apartment is very nice and the maintenance crew at Heathwood do a fine job at making sure they have everything in working order and they do it very quickly. They have many unit's/buildings available from 1-3 bedroom with full basement's. Washer dryer hook-up. Plenty of closet space in every room! And a swimming pool. A huge park that's not owned by the apartments. But is located directly in the center of the property, Hitchcock Park It's called. The staff are always friendly. Heathwood Village is a perfect fit. I moved in right before my divorce and I've not left yet. As a matter of fact, I was able to move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom townhouse without any problems. It's close to everything...shopping, schools, restaurants...you name it and it's probably within 5-10 minutes from here.
The office staff and the maintenance guys are awesome and very accommodating for any work shift and will do their best to help you out.

year for the residents, an annual community wide yard sale, free flowers in the spring to plant in the flowerbeds, and we've even had a cook-out or two...with the entire staff grilling some yummy foods!!
