The worst
May 6, 2022Old needs upgrades, only has TWO WASHERS AND DRYERS for 22 units to fight over. The tiny laundry room is always disgusting. The old maintenance man is rude, doesn't fix anything properly, he picks fights with tenants, and he half removes the snow. The walls are too thin and people smoke in the hallways. it is a nightmare in the summer no ac or shade from sun. Management sends out a rep who is shady and lies constantly. Stay away if you want your mental wellness.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015Great landlords, reasonable rent, near heavenly valley, and casinos. Snow removal. Utilities paid for in studios, hot water paid in 2 bedroom townhouses. Most pets ok on approval.Review from Apartments.com
