September 7, 2025have lived in this complex for over 7 years, and while I initially really enjoyed it, I’ve noticed a steady decline over time. Despite paying for valet trash service, the townhome trash has only been collected about one week out of the past month. There is dog poop scattered throughout the property, which is both unpleasant and unsanitary. Also, the pool is frequently closed, limiting its use.Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2025Pretty good complex amenities location price everything is pretty good also the complex is pet friendly if you want to distract from the work stress you just need to go to the pool but if that doesn’t work you can go to the Venezuelan restaurant Hello Caribbean so there are so many things to give them a 100 points in everythingProperty Manager Responded

August 25, 2025I absolutely love it here. I think that the gym, the convenience store, dog parks, hello Caribbean, and overall the location it’s very convenient. I love living here, I love the location, It’s absolutely stunning. My one issue would have to be the bathrooms in the main pool. I go there frequently and I often find that there’s almost never any toilet paper. There’s always dirt sand lady items paper water all over the floor and it’s just very Messy and not well kept if the bathroom was regularly ...checked on and kept up with. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.Property Manager Responded
