October 1, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis property has units without hot water since 8/1/20. Units have been deemed "UNSAFE" by Austin Code Inspector. They make you sign a form stating you are aware of the construction, and even if you have other issues like no hot water or water coming through your bathroom vent they won't go beyond the surface to fix the issue. They don't address mold concerns or water damage.
