June 30, 2022Yo vivo y estoy arrepentido apenas tengo 2 meses y se inundo perdí mis cosas cama ropa según pagas aseguranza y al final tanto los apartamentos como la aseguranza no te responden y te ayudan este lugar no paso isnpeccion correctamente de la ciudad no están en condiciones para vivir y son muy pequeños parece q estás viviendo en un hotel no lo recomiendo es una porqueria de lugarReview from Apartments.com
Health and safety issues
May 29, 2021This is the worst experience I have ever had renting in Austin. Born and raised since 1990 and I am disgusted with the way they have went about the process of renting an apartment here. My move in date has been switched three months in a row and with less then 10 days notice each time. Do not rent from hereReview from Apartments.com
Health & Safety Issues - Don't rent here
October 1, 2020This property has units without hot water since 8/1/20. Units have been deemed "UNSAFE" by Austin Code Inspector. They make you sign a form stating you are aware of the construction, and even if you have other issues like no hot water or water coming through your bathroom vent they won't go beyond the surface to fix the issue. They don't address mold concerns or water damage.Review from Apartments.com
