November 18, 2025I really enjoy living here! The free breakfast every morning is a nice bonus. The tenants are respectful and quiet, and the staff are always accommodating and friendly. October 25, 2025On hot summer days, going to the pool was the best. My son loved it too. Also, having a barbecue with my college friends using the pool's barbecue facilities is another great memory. The always-clean facilities really help.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2025Overall, my move-in experience has been positive: the location is convenient, the common areas are clean, and the management team is responsive. However, a few hardware issues have stood out. The windows are drafty and difficult to lock, and several light switches feel loose or stick when toggled. While these are minor in the grand scheme, addressing them would turn a good apartment into a truly great one.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025Living in the Heights apartment with my husband and son has been a life saving grace for our family because it doesn't only provide security but it also gives us peace. It is definitely a good community to live in as it so peaceful and quiet. It is also a 5 minute drive to Duke University Hospital where I work. Whenever my friends would come and visit us, they definitely admire the apartment and amenities the we have here at Lasalle. August 14, 2025I absolutely love living here, it’s a great place, and the staff are very supportive and kind. My only concern is the way some residents treat the building. Unfortunately, many common areas end up stained or messy from trash and food left out in the open. This creates issues with odors, pests, and long-lasting stains. My unit itself is exceptional, but it’s disheartening to see how others neglect the shared spaces. I truly hope management can take stricter measures to ensure all residents care ...for the property so it stays as beautiful and welcoming as it should be.Property Manager Responded

The leasing staff has always been professional, friendly, and approachable, making the entire process-from move-in to lease renewals- smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and their willingness to assist residents goes above and beyond. Maintenance requests are handled exceptionally well, with a very quick turnaround time. I have consistently received timely updates and resolutions, which has made ...living here convenient and hassle-free. The community itself is well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, the combination of attentive management, responsive maintenance, and a pleasant living atmosphere has made my residency enjoyable and worry-free.
