Shelley was the most wonderful person that we could’ve accidentally run into! She said that the assistant manager was having her baby (congrats!) and that she was doing a lot of the tours and such the day we went in. To be candid, she is what sold me on the apartment! Hearing her very honest opinion about the area, the apartments, and immediately looking out for my best interests from the get-go ensured me that this was the best place for me to move to. She shared details about the apartment ...

Unfortunately signing a lease here would be a gamble unless you tour the actual unit you will be living in. The apartment I was given was not move-in ready nor did it have the finishes advertised.

I just recently moved in, so I don't have too much to say so far. But overall, it was a very smooth move-in experience. The area is quiet. Things in the apartment work fine, and maintenance was helpful too. The leasing agents at the front office are awesome! They're a very helpful resource whenever you have any issues. I’ve had a really positive experience overall with the community and management team at Heights at LaSalle. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome, which goes a long way in creating a comfortable living environment. The building itself is beautiful, and I truly enjoy living here. That said, I do think there’s some room for improvement when it comes to maintenance. For example, some of the gym equipment has been out of service longer than expected, and it would be ...

I really enjoy living here! The free breakfast every morning is a nice bonus. The tenants are respectful and quiet, and the staff are always accommodating and friendly. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, and I feel very safe inside this gated community. Definitely a great place to stay!

On hot summer days, going to the pool was the best. My son loved it too. Also, having a barbecue with my college friends using the pool's barbecue facilities is another great memory. The always-clean facilities really help.
