    If you want an exceptional place to live choose the Heights--management is responsive, maintenance is AWESOME, and my neighbors are truly neighborly. My apartment lay out is unique and visitors gush over it everytime. Finally, the location is prime with a Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Target nearly next door. Its truly a special place to live.

    The Heights at Glen Mills is a lovely apartment community that is tucked back into a nice green, concealed area. It is close to great shops and restaurants which makes the location very convenient. The management works diligently to keep our community clean and safe. They are continually making enhancements to make it a warm and comfortable place to live. I would recommend it as a top choice in apartment living.

    Heights at Glen Mills is really a beautiful property to live at. One of the best luxury communities Glen Mills has to offer honestly. If you combine that with it's close proximity to some of Delco's best shopping plaza's and grocery stores, you really need to search no further!

    Overall I believe the community is good, it’s very beautiful and get many compliments from the people we have had to come visit. It’s mostly quiet and peaceful here. People keep to themselves and I would recommend someone stay here because it’s both quaint and secluded yet charming.

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by The Heights at Glenn Mills. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their services, as my entire tenancy was marred by numerous issues and a complete lack of professionalism and arrogance from the property manager. From the very beginning, communication with the property manager was abysmal. It took her days to respond to my initial inquiries, and once I signed the lease, their responsiveness plummeted even ...
    further. It was nearly impossible to reach her whenever I had questions or concerns regarding the property. The Only positive side I found about this property is assistant property manager, very professional, transparent and good behavior. Highly recommend if you are planning to lease here communicate with assistant property manager otherwise you will very disappointed.
