After living here for one year I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management is horrible the upkeep is lackluster and the overall experience you receive will likely not be up to par. No security your vehicle is at risk of being damaged and there is nothing to be done because there are no cameras and resource officers dont answer the phone. Also management could care less. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Pond is unkept and trash service is below standards. I could go on and on. I just would not ...
recommend living here. Visually appealing from far away but once you live there you see a lot more.

I’m a college student and I moved in with 2 roommates in January. It’s an absolutely beautiful place to live. There’s a big community feeling here, especially during summer. The few times we’ve had to call maintenance, the process was very quick and easy. We only have one more semester that we’ll be staying here but I’ve loved every second of it! If it’s in your price range then it’s definitely worth it.

The heights offers friendly service, quality apartment units, and other qualities you just won’t be able to find anywhere else in Hammond or around the area such as personal hangers for vehicles, pet friendly dog park, car washing station, a beautiful pool and grill area, and fitness center etc. This place is incredible. It truly is luxurious.

The ladies up front have worked so hard to help me feel comfortable leasing an apartment that is not yet finished, and have been patient with all 800 of my questions.
