June 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comCalifornia came in and brought additional charges with them, Pet deposit $ and monthly pet fee $30 is rip off but there are ways around that by certifying your pet and a service animal and by the way that charge of $30 applies to cats also.

There’s always trash in the parking lot. It’s never quiet anymore, cars constantly get broken into, and the police are always here. Close to major highways to get you where you are going.., Walking distance to those other places you need to get to...Lowe's grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, Target, Numerous restaurants and shops. The apartments are amazing! Large spaces with excellent floor plans at reasonable prices. The pool area is beautiful! You will want to hang out there all summer. Quick responses to maintenance requests. User friendly - from car wash/vacuum stations to optional personal garages to pet relief spots. Great tennis courts, pool, and workout room. Warm, community feel with frequent community gatherings. One complaint is really poor water pressure in the kitchen sink, which is ridiculously small. Exit to patio from dining room with additional storage. Gated community and pet friendly.
