Used to be nice
September 19, 2020When I moved in, everything was mostly great. But as time went on the quality of the complex and the people they let in has gone down. There’s always trash in the parking lot. It’s never quiet anymore, cars constantly get broken into, and the police are always here. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live, this is not it.Property Manager Responded

Great location and good service’
December 5, 2019Great location on New Garden Rd. The propert although a little dated, is quite well kept. Maintenance services, leasing office and other services are just about average. Rooms are spacious but the living room lacks an open floor plan. Overall it’s worth the rent $$.Property Manager Responded

I may never leave
July 27, 2018I've been living at Crowne Garden Apartments for many years. It is the perfect location for me! Close to major highways to get you where you are going.., Walking distance to those other places you need to get to...Lowe's grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, Target, Numerous restaurants and shops. The apartments are amazing! Large spaces with excellent floor plans at reasonable prices. The pool area is beautiful! You will want to hang out there all summer. Check out the brand new fitness room, ...it's amazing! The best part about living at Crowne Gardens is the staff. They are always there to help you . They are so friendly, more like family. August 3, 2015This complex is in a great location, next to and across the street from grocery stores and shops. Very nice and helpful staff members. Quick responses to maintenance requests. User friendly - from car wash/vacuum stations to optional personal garages to pet relief spots. Great tennis courts, pool, and workout room. Warm, community feel with frequent community gatherings. One complaint is really poor water pressure in the kitchen sink, which is ridiculously small. July 25, 2015Best location in town. 2Bedroom, 2 bath apartment at Crowne Garden apartment complex. Bedrooms at opposite sides of apartment. Laundry room in unit. Fully furnished kitchen. Plenty of windows which makes it feel like a house. Living room with fireplace and ceiling fan and two windows in dining room with two windows and chair rail. ceiling fans and walk in closets in both bedrooms. Exit to patio from dining room with additional storage. Gated community and pet friendly. Garages if needed. ...Beautiful club house , pool, and fitness center.Best part is shopping centers within walking distance with major department stores , grocery stores, restaurants and banks. Library within walking distance along with trail walk. Guildford community college within a few miles. Great staff in office and maintenance team. Established community,beautiful tress and plants.
