Thin walls, German Roaches, Dirty Water
June 17, 2024I've lived at this complex for three years, and the roach infestation has become extremely severe. There are flying German roaches everywhere, even on the staircase leading to your apartment. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear every conversation your neighbors have, even if you don't want to. The neighbors above me frequently fight, sometimes yelling at 2 a.m. Despite claims that the complex is pet-free, there is dog poop on the only grass lawn, and this rule is not enforced. Every ...evening after the office closes, residents bring out dogs of all sizes, including unleashed pit bulls. The faucet and shower water are very dirty, so be prepared to use bottled water for everything and deal with acne all over your body.Property Manager Responded

We have a bi-annual property-wide pest control spray that occurred Friday to prepare for the influx in bugs that occurs during the summer months. Hopefully this will help with the pest issue. If the issue persists, please let us know. We would like to better your living experience as soon as possible. Please contact the leasing office regarding the noise complaint so we can attempt to rectify. Also, when you reach out please provide us with an apartment number so we're able to correct the water issue you're experiencing. We would appreciate any details to help us improve. Great first apartment experience.
May 28, 2018This was the first time living by myself, and I was not disappointed. I got the rent price during a special so it was cheaper, but it is definitely a little too pricey for the lack of communication amenities. After a few incidents, they sent out an email saying not to hang out outside which, while understandable, was disappointing. That being said, it is a mostly safe neighborhood (there were a few car break ins at the beginning of my time here), so that's good. The walls are very thin, and it ...sounded like the upstairs didn't have carpet and I could often hear my neighbors both beside and below me while they were having conversations. The apartment I got was new and very comfortable. Never had a problem with any appliances breaking and I've never had any problems with pests. Office staff was always really warm and when I was hospitalized they worked with my family. If you have the extra cash to spend, I would really recommend these apartments! Only reason they don't have five stars is because there's no community amenities for the price.Property Manager Responded
