Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets done the same day—no waiting around. The maintenance team and office staff are truly the best—always professional, friendly, and efficient. not attentive to tenant needs
March 19, 2022lived in this building for 8 months, and EVERY service request has either been ignored completely, or dealt with with the most minimal attention. The counter in the kitchen broke and it was dealt with by making a board under the sink to hold it up FOUR MONTHS AGO.
