        The move in process was very quick and the customer service was extremely positive. So far everything has been great and more than what I expected. I have the smallest sq foot unit, but it is still very spacious and more than enough room. I love the amenities and how close it is it to everything.

        It’s never any piece and quiet. I have waited weeks and weeks for maintenance repairs. Everyone in the leasing office does not do the job when it comes to in happy tenants. I also had mold it took almost two weeks for them to even remove it. Worst experience in my life

        The staff was so friendly and helpful with move in, then became lazy after the money and paperwork was handled. Jose is the kindest, most caring staff member he is so hardworking and pleasant to converse with. The loud alarms and inconsistencies in the gate working along with random locking of the doors to the center of the building are truly wild.

        The neighborhood needs to do better with parties and loud music. We pay too much money for security not to be on alert. I love the building and community but what is the purpose of security if they don’t get out the car??

        Great experience already! The move in process was very easy. The staff are so nice, welcoming and understanding when it comes to any situation. This is my first apartment ever and I love it so far definitely a great place to stay if you’re a first time renter. The amenities are great, a lot of free parking for your guest. Definitely a quiet apartment but I stay near the road so I hear a little bit of traffic but it isn’t terrible. Definitely give this place a chance!
