    The neighborhood needs to do better with parties and loud music. We pay too much money for security not to be on alert. I love the building and community but what is the purpose of security if they don’t get out the car??

    Great experience already! The move in process was very easy. The staff are so nice, welcoming and understanding when it comes to any situation. This is my first apartment ever and I love it so far definitely a great place to stay if you’re a first time renter. The amenities are great, a lot of free parking for your guest. Definitely a quiet apartment but I stay near the road so I hear a little bit of traffic but it isn’t terrible. Definitely give this place a chance!

    It has been a smooth journey so far, it is quiet and peaceful! I have not had a reach can bin in my unit and I haven’t been in touch with the leasing office, but overall everything is great!

    No serious issues . People do leave dog poop around office staff does send out emails to let people know that is a violation so they do their part

    Just moved in so far the office staff has been nice and accommodating. The apartment needed some cleaning upon moving in the carpets need to be shampooed, the office got that taken care of next day. The stove top needs to be replaced. Everything else so far has been great.
