Apartment complex I really love living here at Helix. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, the people at the office are absolutely great especially Amber. She is so helpful. I wish there was grass in the doggy playground but overall the apartment complex is absolutely awesome. I love my apartment. It’s very quiet.

Hot and uncomfortable The AC in the unit isn’t working well, maintenance came yesterday to fix it the unit was cool for a moment but then started blowing hot air again. I love it here but this is very disappointing

Clean up a bird droppings. They took about 3 days after the request but all in all the area was properly cleaned and we were satisfied thank you all so much for your courteous support. The maintenance man deserve a lot of support for what they do they are very good at it and deserve a lot of respect

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! HELIX has a staff that is EXCELLENT. All maintenance requests are attended to immediately. The office people are helpful and polite. At night Security personnel are here. I feel safe at HELIX! Pool, grill, inside exercise, outside exercise, community center, dog area, etc. Thank You HELIX and Staff! Again, EXCELLENT! ??
