About Hemingway Townhomes
Units ranging from 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom to 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in ground level or townhome-style options! All townhomes include a private back deck just outside of the kitchen and a shared front porch. All ground-level units contain an area for outdoor seating next to the front door. These units are located within 10 minutes or less to the Cleveland square, as well as schools and universities. Applications are $50 per applicant. Up to 2 pets total (up to 25 lbs each). Tenant pays for all utilities (water included in some units). 3 year lease with option to terminate at 6 month intervals (prior written notice required 60 days prior to 6th month end date)
