Evaporative cooling is horrible especially for people with allergies/asthma, units were new but have a lot flash like uneven flooring, need caulking in many sinks or where bathroom is, have not had a steady management in few months so tasks take a little longer to be completed, need to be fumigated more often since we are out in middle of no where and we have scorpions, spiders, cockroaches off on and no matter how much you clean. They have silly rules that don't allow you to feel like home ...
limiting what you can decorate or do with in and out of the unit yet they omit in addressing the furniture and household goods left outside the dumpsters for weeks on not leaving any choice but for other tenants who did not make the mess to dispose of them, trash company comes at 3, 4, 5 am disrupting sleep since they pick up units with dump truck and just slam everywhere waking you up from sleep. They just have no respect to come at a more considerate time.
