Clean & quiet, yet close to everything
April 23, 2024I enjoy having my own entrance and own covered parking space. The complex is always clean and I feel safe. I have read the other reviews on other websites before I posted my own and will just say that many more people will quickly post a bad review before they will ever post a good one. I had 2 co workers who lived here in the past and both got all or most of their security deposit returned to them . They both kept a clean home and followed the list of items that needed to be done before they ...moved out. Great experience
January 16, 2024i am surprised to see negative reviews. I had lived here for for 4 years and I thought the apartment were great. Their floor plans were larger than most , they were very clean and maintenance was always on top of things. Nice apartments & responsive maintenance
June 24, 2023We recently moved to one of the newer properties down the street, thinking that the grass is greener & boy were we wrong! We miss Henderson Square !!! Having our own covered parking spot was a great selling point when we moved in & I really miss it t for keeping car car out of the sun & elements . We loved the feeling that our apartment was our home with our private entrance where when we walking from outside, we are in our home and not some lobby or ...hallway. I miss having Giant a stones throw away . John & Bob in maintenance were always easy to deal with and Jeanne the manager was always available if any issues arose. I read many of the reviews about a bad move out experience and I experienced nothing like that. We got instruction as to what was expected of us when we moved out and it made it easy peasy. Move out charge and late charge and crap charge and all charge(hidden)
March 7, 2020I stayed in the community for 4 years, during this stay I was late on payment by 1 day. This was due to glitch in bank automatic payment which processes the payment. I informed the community same, showed them the bank's apology letter. also informed the property manager Jeanne. This lady is the rudest and wouldnt accept it is of any concern of her. That was the day I decided - as soon as the term ends, I am out of here. Things could not have been more worse, as soon as the final bill came there ...were carpet replacement charge, remodeling of kitchen counter tops, bathroom tile replacement charge - total came out to almost 4500 - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And next thing I notice it is being provided as upgraded apartment for leasing, I know this because I have friends who live next door! At my expense they are upgrading apartments. Carpet shell life is 5 years, they cannot charge me for using 4 years - that is what the rent is for! I am being threatened to take to a court, and I am going to say - bring it on! BECAREFULL and STAY AWAY
July 3, 2019We stayed here more than 5 years and they charged us thousands(Yes thousands) of dollars for MOVE OUT charges. Everyone is saying the apartments are good , near to shopping and blah blah..but that's true. When it comes to MOVE OUT charges then it's ridiculous. I never heard about this much MOVE OUT charges. STAY AWAY form this community and very selfish and cunning management. Especially new in charge Jennie.Before her Steve was the in charge and he was nice. But this lady is so cunning and walk ...into your community, talks nicely with you gather all information and shows her real face after you MOVE OUT. When it comes to MAINTENANCE , there is guy named "JOHN" such a rude person and don't respect tenants and yells at them if he is not in a mood to work or get an emergency work at 4 pm in the evening. The surprise came at move-out
July 1, 2019While staying there everything was fine. Lived there for 4 years. The surprise came when we move out. We had a professional cleaning team clean the carpets and rest of apartment. However, the management still charged us for re-cleaning of the carpet (which was 10 years old AND was clean since we had it cleaned) and because THEIR carpet cleaning company made the kitchen and bathroom dirty they charged us for re-cleaning of those as well. Great Apartment
August 5, 2018My family and I stayed in an 1 bedroom apartment. I loved how the bedroom was spacious and the apartment looked clean and new. It included an laundry unit and parking with the rent price which is a major plus! The office staff are very understanding and friendly. There is also Giant supermarket, Primohoagies, haircut, nail salon and more at an walking distance. I can't say anything bad about this place. Horrible experience - Stay away

Very Nice
December 2, 2016Very nice apartments. The apartments are kept up nicely and are very spacious, especially for the price. Parking is always available which is a plus. Apartment also has plenty of storage and closet space available. Full size laundry in the unit is great. People in the office are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that you can hear the people on the floor above you, but that is a problem in all apartments.Review from Apartments.com
