i am surprised to see negative reviews. I had lived here for for 4 years and I thought the apartment were great. Their floor plans were larger than most , they were very clean and maintenance was always on top of things. The carport was a great selling point and included in the rent my entire security deposit was returned to me .

We loved the feeling that our apartment was our home with our private entrance where when we walking from outside, we are in our home and not some lobby or ...

I stayed in the community for 4 years, during this stay I was late on payment by 1 day. This was due to glitch in bank automatic payment which processes the payment. I informed the community same, showed them the bank's apology letter. also informed the property manager Jeanne. This lady is the rudest and wouldnt accept it is of any concern of her. That was the day I decided - as soon as the term ends, I am out of here. Things could not have been more worse, as soon as the final bill came there ...
were carpet replacement charge, remodeling of kitchen counter tops, bathroom tile replacement charge - total came out to almost 4500 - ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And next thing I notice it is being provided as upgraded apartment for leasing, I know this because I have friends who live next door! At my expense they are upgrading apartments. Carpet shell life is 5 years, they cannot charge me for using 4 years - that is what the rent is for! I am being threatened to take to a court, and I am going to say - bring it on! This is for all of you to know the feedback. the apartment site keeps on showing average 5 star when in actual there is just 1 review with 5 star!

When it comes to MAINTENANCE , there is guy named "JOHN" such a rude person and don't respect tenants and yells at them if he is not in a mood to work or get an emergency work at 4 pm in the evening.
STAY AWAY ..Else start saving couple of thousands of dollars as MOVE OUT CHARGES if you wish to join there.

While staying there everything was fine. Lived there for 4 years.
The surprise came when we move out. We had a professional cleaning team clean the carpets and rest of apartment. However, the management still charged us for re-cleaning of the carpet (which was 10 years old AND was clean since we had it cleaned) and because THEIR carpet cleaning company made the kitchen and bathroom dirty they charged us for re-cleaning of those as well.
Overall a ridiculous experience and I would not move their ...

My family and I stayed in an 1 bedroom apartment. I loved how the bedroom was spacious and the apartment looked clean and new. It included an laundry unit and parking with the rent price which is a major plus! The office staff are very understanding and friendly. There is also Giant supermarket, Primohoagies, haircut, nail salon and more at an walking distance. I can't say anything bad about this place. We loved staying here and highly recommend others!

I stayed here for an year and the apartment was handed over with existing 15 damages including carpet stains and as part of my move out, the apartment charged me a heavy fine and have fixed all the existing damages in my cost.

Very nice apartments. The apartments are kept up nicely and are very spacious, especially for the price. Parking is always available which is a plus. Apartment also has plenty of storage and closet space available. Full size laundry in the unit is great. People in the office are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that you can hear the people on the floor above you, but that is a problem in all apartments.
