July 20, 2017Management changed when they finally started doing some of the needed maintenance, which was so poor they couldn't even sell until some was done, but they neglected to keep an eye on it and it was poorly done. Anyway management went from good to poor when no one answers the phone, or returns calls, or is even there to take the rent check. I can't tell you how long I had to wait for a light bulb because after six weeks and 30 plus calls I went to the office and waited my turn since they were open ...that minute and finally was told to use the auto maintenance request site, which I had tried and it didn't work at that time. I finally got 3 lights working again by cornering a maintenance staff AGAIN. The weekly movies don't happen because the new people don't show or know how to work the equipment. They do have a good bus driver now for the trips, but it costs, they don't mention that when signing up. Everyone acts nice, but don't rely on that. The trash isn't picked up, the annual carpet cleaning is wishful thinking, and even though the rent is market price there's other considerations any renter should consider. Go somewhere nicer, get more reliable maintenance and staff, and people who care beyond a rent check.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Good Senior Complex
July 26, 2015I am enjoying apartment living in this senior apartment complex after being a home owner for many years. My apartment is comfortable and my deck overlooks the pool area and green space. Problems are attended to promptly when needed. Monthly activities are provided as well as trips to markets and shopping.Review from Apartments.com
Best for over 55.
August 18, 2015This apartment complex,Morning View Terrace has it all for the over 55 crowd.The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.One of the best features is the location.It is within walking distance to the grocery story and drug store.Also busses run nearby.The complex has a free shuttle bus with scheduled activities.There are two clubhouses with sparkling clean heated pools and spas.The icing on the cake is the warm and caring staff.Review from Apartments.com
