DON'T DO IT
July 28, 2023This place constantly has issues with there unit's and never truly repair anything reported. If they show they pop in look around and say they will return which never happens. They spend more on the curb appeal than there occupied unit's. You will find issues like raw sewage running thru the property, roaches and not to mention load neighbors than drive thru the lot as if they are on a city street. I have suggested speed bumps which never was considered. You will have constant issues with having ...hot water not working at least once a month with promises of it being repaired which ends up happening a week later. The office personal with give you a positive front then later expect rent on time despite there short comings for there current residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 18, 2022This is a terrible place! The pictures on this app are photoshopped or something! I wish I could upload photos of the so called renovations! I currently live here moved in July 2022 and i cannot wait until my lease is up!!! The top cabinets are new the lower cabinets are very old and dont closed the bathroom cabinets are worse!! Theres a bad cricket and cockroach infestation!!! 10 people live in these 2 bedrooms they have 10 cars to one apt NOWHERE TO PARK! Water leaks all over hot water is shut ...off weeks at a time!! Life at Park Lane Apts
September 12, 2019I love living at Park Lane. The office staff is very professional, kind and caring. They know a lot of the residents by name and know their apt. numbers. Maintenance is very professional and timely. They have a fitness program once a week , which is free, great and tailored to specifically to you . During the summer it's in the pool...Aquafit. The property is patroled at night by security. The parking lot was redone today, it looks like a brand new property!!! Clean , updated and moderately ...priced. I have lived here for 2 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. If you want a nice caring place to live, you have come to the right place if you live here. Don't move here!
August 6, 2015This apartment and complex are just gross! Although the staff is friendly they aren't helpful and are very reliable. My apartment (among others I'm sure) was roach ridden. Exterminators and fogging did not help at all. Also, my apartment had a strong stench of cigarettes and I don't smoke. I do not recommend that anyone live in these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
