Family and Pet-Friendly Living with Room for Improvement
March 5, 2025I’ve been a resident here for about three years, and overall, the community is pretty peaceful. As a single mom who works from home with an elementary-aged child and a dog, the living space and area work well for us. I wanted to take my time before writing a review because I believe in being thorough—honest reviews help others make informed decisions. Pros: • Great Amenities for Dog Owners – My dog absolutely loves the dog park, and the dog spa has been a lifesaver, especially when bathing my ...nearly 100-pound pup. • Family-Friendly Features – My son enjoys the playground and tennis courts, which add to the community’s appeal. • Top-Tier Maintenance Team – They are fast, friendly, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed something addressed, they’ve handled it efficiently. • Convenient Location – Living close to my child’s school has made daily routines much easier. Cons: • Ongoing Gate Issues – The front gate has been broken more times than I can count, which is frustrating. • Package Delivery Concerns – I’ve had several packages go missing, which is disappointing. • Unfounded Noise Complaints – I’ve received courtesy emails about noise complaints that were completely inaccurate. This was my biggest issue because I don’t appreciate being falsely accused of something. Given that I’ve lived here for years without any issues, I would have expected a more thorough investigation rather than assumptions based on new tenants’ complaints. I respect my neighbors and believe in following the rules. Overall, my experience has been mostly positive, but there are definitely areas for improvement. If management could address security concerns (like the gate and package deliveries) and handle tenant complaints with more diligence, this would be an even better place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2024Complained about roaches EVERYWHERE dog poop EVERYWHERE, fleas infested in the dog wash station, power goes out every 2 days, complained about bugs and it took over a month for them to send pest control. If I could rate it no stars I would!
November 20, 2019I have lived here for 6mos, my brand new apartment was disgusting (someone had lived in it , and nobody cleaned or painted it before I moved in). Neighbors are rude, trash is usually spread around the compactor because people are lazy, pool had been shut down twice this summer because people broke the pump equipment. Someone moved in near me starting at 9pm, finished at 1am, making sleep impossible as they walked everything they owned past my bedroom window. Landscaping outside my apartment has ...been dead since I moved in. Today someone was throwing furniture boxes off the 3rd floor balcony. Management does NOTHING!Property Manager Responded
