We are on the first floor and rarely hear the neighbors over us, and never next door. The grounds are maintained so well, which is very important to us. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Any maintenance issue or otherwise, has been handled within a reasonable time frame. This is also a very peaceful complex. It felt like home immediately.
