Management is excellent. The place is very clean and I love the new washers and dryers. The laundry rooms look and work great. The entire complex feels very safe.

A great place to live with a real focus on maintenance and repairs. Maintenance always comes same day whenever I had even the smallest issue. The office is staff is friendly and understanding. The units are beautiful and the largest you can find in the area.

I have really enjoyed living here. The location is great and the community is beautiful maintained, and I feel safe here. Sam in the leasing office responds quickly and also solves my questions. Tim and Todd are great for maintenance issues that come up from time to time. Parking is plentiful, the pool is terrific, and pet facilities are very good too.

I have been living here for the last two years I like the size of the apartments they are very spacious I like that the management is on top of the service calls and the property has recently switched management and they are trying really hard to keep the residents happy

Henson creek is a great place to live. I lived there for 2 years and never had a complaint. Maintenance always comes fast when I have problems. The rental office is professional with great attitudes. It is a very family friendly complex.Overall me and my family loved living there and wish we weren’t relocating to another state because this would of been my forever home.

I lived here for bout a year , and couldn’t stand the place. But there’s new property management new staff. And they’re nice as hell , I really didn’t have any problems I went to work and came home no loud noises etc as long Steve is in charge I don’t think you’ll regret moving here

Very Poor Upkeep

There is a mold issue they try their best to hide. There is a roach issue they try to hide. They took 6 months to replace my mailbox lock and give me a key. My front door had been smashed in my police from the last tenant and I had to beg for them to replace the door. They don't care about the true quality of the place.
