Beautiful Community
November 24, 2023A great place to live with a real focus on maintenance and repairs. Maintenance always comes same day whenever I had even the smallest issue. Best place to live
October 14, 2022I have really enjoyed living here. The location is great and the community is beautiful maintained, and I feel safe here. Sam in the leasing office responds quickly and also solves my questions. Tim and Todd are great for maintenance issues that come up from time to time. Parking is plentiful, the pool is terrific, and pet facilities are very good too.Property Manager Responded

Forever home
July 29, 2022Henson creek is a great place to live. I lived there for 2 years and never had a complaint. Maintenance always comes fast when I have problems. The rental office is professional with great attitudes. New management
July 6, 2022I lived here for bout a year , and couldn’t stand the place. But there’s new property management new staff. Very Poor Upkeep
June 6, 2021There is a mold issue they try their best to hide. There is a roach issue they try to hide. They took 6 months to replace my mailbox lock and give me a key. My front door had been smashed in my police from the last tenant and I had to beg for them to replace the door. They don't care about the true quality of the place.Property Manager Responded

never move here by far worst management money hungry people on earth
February 16, 2021Henson creek has been terrible every since i moved in a year and a half ago worst experience with a apartment ever constant fees just piling on and on every single Month and lets not forget about parking as a resident i have too fear my car getting towed and never any resident parking....apartment falling apart i will be sending pictures out...they constantly just paint over the apartments to make them look newProperty Manager Responded
