Disgusting and Rundown, Horrible Management
October 22, 2025This building is not worth your time or money. The shared spaces are disgusting, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The interior of the apartment will come damaged and run down. The management will find every opportunity to charge you random and punitive fees. The lease itself is dishonest and slimy. If you were to ever have an actual concern, there is no one to help you. The front office is absolutely no help and refuses to answer their phone, email, or unlock the office during office ...hours. Very nice place with caring staff
May 4, 2020Lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were bigger than most apartments. Kitchen was small, but manageable. The staff were welcoming and kind. The landlord was helpful in getting a plan set for moving in and out. For being my first apartment, it was a good start as costs were manageable. Only had to worry about the electric and the internet. Water, heat, and waste disposal was covered in the rent. If I ever had an issue or something broke, maintenance was on it immediately. Had ...nice neighbors too. The only problem I ever had was the laundry machines not drying my clothes well. But that was all. I would recommend them to any person looking for a nice place to stay.Property Manager Responded
