We love the size of the apartment and the landscaping of the complex. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was a great perk. We have enjoyed walking our dog on the many paths within the complex. Although we were slightly concerned with having residents above us-the noise is not bad:). We are looking forward to using the fitness center instead of the local gym that we usually go to and have checked out the equipment which had all that we needed. The grounds are well kept and the trash pick up is ...
great. All in all we are excited about living here during this next year.

Heritage Bay Apartments have an outstanding management and maintenence team. The complex is clean. The pool and workout center is always inviting. I live in a one bedroom spacious apartment and I also have a garage for my vehicle. If I have any concerns regarding my apartment or garage, maintenence responds in twenty-four hours and fix the problem. My building is quiet and my neighbors are friendly and helpful. Heritage Bay Apartments is a great place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a nice atmosphere. The grounds are kept up well, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. If I had one suggestion, it would be to update some of the gym equipment. The fitness center is still usable, but a few upgrades would make it even better.
