(A long time and the time spent here all of these years have been fabulous because of the people who work here. They make everything positive and incredible to live here because they are friendly, amazing and go out of your way for you. Especially Amy, Jasmine, Jenni- literally everyone at the leasing office along with Al and Austin who work for maintenance. August 5, 2025I have enjoyed living here. I am not new; I’ve been here for about nine months and recently changed apartments. What I love most is the area with downtown Gilbert in walking distance. It is very safe here also, which is important to me. In today’s time of luxury apartments, these are fairly basic. They are clean and pretty well maintained. I think they look nice; I especially like the kitchen. This is however an older building, so you would need to see them for yourself. The staff here has ...been very helpful and responsive. The maintenance crew is amazing. They turn up quickly and are very knowledgeable about all areas of maintenance.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2025I lived in this complex for 5 long years. The staff was amazing always committed to communication, excellence, and striving to be the best. I never had any issues living here: no bugs, loud neighbors, issues with staff. It really felt like a home to me. Another plus is walking distance from down town gilbert.
