What I love most is the area with downtown Gilbert in walking distance. It is very safe here also, which is important to me. In today’s time of luxury apartments, these are fairly basic. They are clean and pretty well maintained. I think they look nice; I especially like the kitchen. This is however an older building, so you would need to see them for yourself. The staff here has ...been very helpful and responsive. The maintenance crew is amazing.
