I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. During the time here, we encountered several unresolved maintenance issues and ongoing problems with communication from management. Despite submitting multiple service requests, many issues were either delayed or ignored entirely.
When we raised these concerns (several in less than 1 year) formally, rather than addressing them, management responded by choosing not to renew the lease. This felt like clear retaliation for reporting legitimate ...
problems. Renters should be able to report issues without fear of losing their housing.
There are certainly better-managed communities out there that treat tenants with respect and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and respectful rental experience.
