Amazing place to call home
March 10, 2026I’ve lived here 3 1/2 years, this longest I’ve stayed in any apartment by far. I love it here so quiet and nice to drive into, the grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. It’s such a clean environment. Communication is hands down the best I’ve experienced. Lochah at the front office is so knowledgeable, and friendly. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Maintenance is also amazing, they complete orders promptly. So glad I found this place.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
April 14, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! EXPENSIVE RENT BUT UNCLEAN UNTAKEN CARE AND UNKEPT ON THE INSIDE. Parking spots are horrible if you have kids good luck trying to get them in and out of the car or groceries or yourself THE PARKING SPOTS ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! Maintenance will argue with you just so they won’t have to fix anything. Appliances all over don’t work the way they should and you can’t use more than 1 thing at a time or electricity goes out! Neighbors have so much drama that it is unsafe and ...worrisome. Loud music blaring through the parking lot at all times. GYM NEVER WORKS! And has only 4 things in it! Can’t use Hot water all day or it will go out TOO MANY TIMES IVE HAD TO GIVE MY KIDS COLD WATER AND MAINTENANCE SAID IT WAS NORMAL!! THEY WONT FIX NOTHING BUT WILL HOUND YOU OVER RENT!
