Leaving everything in Los Angeles
August 16, 2015My husband, 8 month old son and myself had less than 1 month to plan our move, which was last week actually! With such short notice we were planning to get an apartment in Heritage Heights, affordable, clean and cozy. Not having friends or family I'm pretty nervous to even look anywhere. When we finally went to check out the place the workers, which were Jim and Charlotte, were the best and in a sense I felt comfortable ! Great with my son while he crawled all over their office but also so ...informative about the apartments and patient as I asked so many questions (first apartment by the way) so I'm pretty nervous . Even though we are waiting to get approved I was happy with the service of showing us around or just chatting. Management is GREAT
August 18, 2014You won't find a better apartment complex. We didn't have the greatest move-in experience but the management did everything they could to fix our issues. We've been here almost three years and absolutely love it. Management is wonderful, neighbors are quiet and we just love the overall environment we get here. One Bedroom
January 27, 2015My fiancé and I are on our second year at Heritage Heights. We chose to stay after our first year for a reason, we really enjoy the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere! Pros: We've developed a great relationship with the management office & can ALWAYS count on them with any of our needs! The apartments are well kept and they are always improving! The prices are affordable for both my fiancé and I with our full time jobs. Our one bedroom is very spacious and has great storage options. The pools ...are never too busy so you can always have your own time to relax! I'm proud to offer my cat a great place to live! Noise is rarely to almost never an issue in both buildings we lived in. Other tenants have been very friendly anytime we encounter them! Repair/Maintenance guy is always nice and is very quick to repair any issues. Great place to live!!
September 26, 2014We have lived in the Heritage Heights apartments in Coon Rapids for almost a year and have been very pleased with our experience! Apartment was clean and in good condition for our move-in. Management is terrific - if we have a question or a concern, it is responded to immediately. Minor fixes are taken care of within a day or two. Parking lots and sidewalks are kept clear of snow in winter and garages are available. Bus line is close by if you want to ride public transit. January 31, 2015I love the heritage heights community. The management is very nice & friendly. The park & pool areas are always clean. Most of the neighbors are VERY friendly. My only concern is the no smoking policy which means there's cigarettes on the ground outside since the ashtrays have been removed, if people have to smoke outside then there should be smoking post. Also for being a big complex the parking lot should be salted during the winter it can get dangerous after it's plowed. Also; I think there ...should be designated parking spots for visitors because people like myself that get home late it's hard to find a parking spot. I've been here 2 years and my appliances have not been updated. When I viewed apartments that were upgraded their appliances were newer & the entire apartment is nicer. My apartment however; the appliances are old. There's an increase in the amount of rent if your apartment is upgraded or not during move in.
