WAS a potential renter
May 7, 2024I drove 3 hrs on a Saturday to just look around. Tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone because the application is very detailed and I needed to see the place inside and out before moving. I drove in and the place is old, old is not the issue. The issue was with the maintenance of the place. It was dirty, tenant's shades were broken and mangled in many of the windows. Trash was evident on the place. I am in no means trying to be a perfectionist but that does speak volumes about the way ...the place is upkept and maintained. I would not recommend the investing in the application process of this place, especially since the management will not return your call or email. Terrible horrible hate this place
August 10, 2017Noisy neighbors, the land Lord is a jerk. She only cares about what she wants to do, not about the community she needs to be building. She plays favorites and lies to your face.
