April 23, 2021Just got my new townhome! I absolutely love it! I have my own washer and dryer, the patio is spacious, I love the kitchen and all that space! I can go on and on! Kristin was very helpful and wonderful and helped me throughout my transition process. They even left me a welcoming note when I arrived. I felt so touched. Love it here
May 28, 2020Been living here for over a year now. The units are a decent size and are comfortable for my lifestyle. The staff here are fantastic. Eric, and the entire maintenance staff are incredible. Our water heater broke a seal early this morning and started leaking water everywhere. Eric got up at 4am to come shut off our water and make arrangements for the cleanup. They had a new water heater under our stairs only a few hours later. Carpet will be dried and new padding will be installed later this week. ...Maintenance here has always been on point, filling service tickets in a timely fashion, but this was my first real emergency call. Unsafe
January 9, 2018Lived here alone for 2 years. Had very questionable neighbors who at one point had their front door knocked in and the police were there constantly. Management does not care for your safety. I'm a 22 year old single female that was living alone there. DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS LIVE HERE, it is not safe. It got to the point I was scared to leave my house & eventually I broke my lease and am now fighting collections for over $2,000 in charges from Heritage Hills. Great so far
August 28, 2015These townhouses are a great bargain for the area. Parking is a little sparse, and the walls are a little thin. Great leasing agent who was incredibly friendly, and the community is in a great area not more than a mile from Jefferson hospital, shopping, and food.Review from Apartments.com
