KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!
September 24, 2020This place has been a disappointment since day one. Shame on me for not demanding to see the until before moving in, but once my move in day came, which was on a saturday, they gave me the wrong keys and maintenance tried to downplay me needing keys to lock the apartment. The roach Infestation is so bad in the building you cant store anything in the cabinets. If I could have left in the begining I would have. Get over the idea of having company because they don’t have guest parking AT ALL. You ...may get lucky once in awhile with finding a parking spot that isn’t a mile away from your unit. parking is horrible

July 21, 2015Heritage Park Apartments are tucked behind Jefferson Square Condominiums in Adelphi on the edge of Hillandale, Maryland. Garden-style apartments with spacious rooms and patio/balconies. Management is in the process of updating the kitchens with stainless steel appliances, upscale cabinetry, and bathrooms with updated faucets. Quiet community with a spacious pool, child day care on property, playground, picnic areas with grills, and open green spaces. Convenient to downtown Washington, D.C., ...Silver Spring, MD, and minutes away from Rt. 495 and 95. Great starter community. I've lived here for 15 years, and have loved my 4th floor apartment with my balcony in the trees.Property Manager Responded
