    As a resident of this apartment complex for over five years, I can confirm every single complaint is valid and true. I did multiple transfers within the complex and was lucky enough to only to have to pay their $200 transfer fee once and $65 every time for carpet cleaning. You CAN hear your neighbors and exactly what they are saying and their crying children. Worse, you CAN smell your neighbors as well. If they are cooking bacon, your apartment will smell like bacon. If they are smoking drugs in ...
    their apartment you CAN smell it. I had an issue with aggressive dogs at the complex and it took my dog getting attacked twice and another dog getting attacked for them to do anything about it. What really tops the cake, is out of all of the transfers, I never recieved a cleaning fee. I was very skilled in move out cleans and knew the process. When I finally left the community, I informed them that the most they might have to do is touch up paint. I got my refund deposit check for $15.11, I was shocked. I was fully prepared to take them to court, this is a double deposit back state, but I got into a major car accident and am now dealing with a plethora of doctors appointments. Only desperation should drive you to live here.
