Super Clean
March 5, 2020Place is clean and smells nicer then most in Barberton. I lived here few years ago and recently moved back in. good changes were made. Manager is nice and fixing guy id helpful when I moved in. Great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
No excuse !
September 12, 2019I have lived here for 2 years now and am planning on moving. This place has mold issues, water damages, holes in ceilings and many many other issues. The excuse is there is not enough money in the "Budget"..hahahaha. They make a killing off of what they charge for rent here. Oh yeah, the buzzer for our units dont work, so how do we let people in downstairs..have not worked for 2 months now !! They put up a security camera BUT it is not hooked up !! This place is a disgrace.!!Review from Apartments.com
