The pricing was very good and the buildings were just painted. It is quiet but close to everything, easy to get to 65. I also got free wifi with my lease. In general, I am happy so far and appreciate Dana going out of her way to help me.

We hear our upstairs neighbors simply walking so it's not their fault (but we also hear them chopping in the kitchen, going to the bathroom, exercising...and other activities.) Also, I'm not sure what's up with building E but the cops and firetrucks/ambulances were there 5 or 6 times from last Dec through the beginning of the year.

The price compared to the luxury in Franklin ,TN ( the 8th best place to live in the United States by US World reports) is one you don’t want to miss out on!! And if your looking for a good school district! FFSD, Franklin specialty schools district, has been one of the best attributes of living here!
