Unpleasant Surprise
July 6, 2025This apartment complex was a nasty surprise. $1420 in fees for move in, AI chatbots from the front office messaging frequently, trash and graffiti strewn all about. Right near a very sketchy bus line, loud from traffic, residents paint their doors and leave old rusty bikes/furniture outside their doors. $150 charged to test your dog's DNA if you want to move inReview from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015I'm not going to lie. The process to get this apartment was smooth, the folks who run it made the entire process quick, easy, and painless! The apartments are close enough to the city so you don't have to drive very far to get into the heart of Lynnwood, yet just out of the way enough to feel relaxing and out of the way.
