      I have been trying for over a month to get a rent certificate so I can file my taxes and they are always sending the wrong information to me.

        We are sorry you are getting the incorrect information in your eyes. Our onsite managers are trained very well in ensuring that the correct information is listed on rent certificates. We always have the tenant fill out their own sensitive information and then we add in the rent amounts that you can claim. If you feel that this is incorrect, you can contact our main office with the information that is listen in your rental agreement. Thank you.

    • Extremely Rude

      I set up a viewing for 5:30, and they rescheduled to 7:30 Because something came up; however, they didn't tell me this until I was already there and I personally had to call them. Then I came back at 7:30 And they weren't there and didn't answer the phone when I called them 3 times, and left a message. Find somewhere else

        Thank you for your review that is actually incorrect. We keep phone and text records and you actually cancelled on us, and no showed another time. Even though we typically do not show apartments after the hours of 5:30 PM for safety reasons, we did make an exception 3 times for you. When we were finally able to connect with you, you didn't mention your dissatisfaction, in fact you really liked the apartments. When we went over your qualifying details and found that you in fact wouldn't qualify, you got upset. Please remain honest about what really happened, as we take pride in our tenants and property, and while we understand that every once in a while things come up and appointments need to be rescheduled, the lack of communication and not showing up was on your end. Thank you.

      I was in a bind and needed a place to rent within 2 weeks. The manager Jenna was extremely nice and understanding of my situation. She helped get me all the paperwork I needed and walked me through the process. It only took her 4 days to get through my paperwork and get me approved. I love my apartment. I cant wait till the pool opens. Management is very nice and the company takes pride in their buildings. The best part is it was very clean when I moved in.

      I loved living there, the managers are really friendly and helpful. There are a couple of tenants that are nasty and talk about others all the time and cause trouble. The neighbors I had were really nice and friendly.

      Brilliant layout and perfect location, heritage square brings a very uptown feel, even in a small city. Enjoy your summer days poolside or at any of the nearby parks. With a Copps, Walgreens, a Gas station and a strip mall nearby theres no place id rather call home.

      I called the management of this property four or five times, leaving a message each time to call me back with details so I could arrange a viewing. They, however, failed to ever return my phone calls, leading me to seek residence somewhere else, with a company that cares enough to return a phone call.
