August 4, 2025My rating for this apartment complex is pretty much the same every time I do this review. Basically its a good place to live great amenities and free exercise classes, beautiful pool with a waterfall. Nice spaceouses eating area. Dog park and walking trail in the back of the complex. For the most part, it's pretty quiet. Even sometimes when theres people having a party its not that bad we have a police officer in the building so thats nice.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025Besides being in need of more handicap parking spaces and errors on rent payments, this place is beyond nice. They have free youga lessons on Saturday mornings. They have free fitness training HITT classes on Saturday mornings as well. They have lots of parties planned by the leasing staff free food and games.Review from Apartments.com

April 28, 2025The rent gets higher and higher each year. You pretty much pay for amenities and the fact it's a new building. But it feels really over price for how small the rooms can be. A studio is 1400 and your cramped with barley any space. The storage you have to pay for which kinda sucks. Buy at least you get free stuff every now & then.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2025Each year the price continues to increase . Some studios cost the amount you'd pay for a 1 bed room..we've had 4 different managers come and go since this place opened 2021. Other than people driving too fast in the parking lot and people smoking in our buildings it's nice place to live temporarily. January 15, 2025It been an ok stay at heritage towers apartment complex. The neighborhood is growing and lots of places to eat and shop. It's down the street from many gas stations and grocery stores too. The schools are awesome.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024My experience has been a fifty fifty. The beginning was great. As you stay longer it becomes more expensive to stay here. The good new is they have a program bow call built and flex. This program allows you to split rent payments between two payments. You get free yoga and HIT training class. They have special occasions parties for residents and free food and games some times.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024I really love it here! The only issue I have is the constant dogs barking in my building! I work from home so it is a huge inconvenience. Everything else is great!Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024It's been ok not exactly 100 like when I first moved in but it's still nice. We have free yoga and exercise class which is nice. We have regards where you can earn money by taken pictures and giving your opinions. Very nice amenities and it's a quiet community usually.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024Some stuff is nice, but others have kinda gone downhill. I love the free yoga and HIT training exercise every Saturday. The downside is that trash isn't always taken on time, which has created a bug issue in the building . I'm sure with time and a exterminator it's should resolve.Property Manager Responded
