March 23, 2025Mom sold her home 4 years ago to move here with us. At 93 yo we are getting a non-renewal because they said so. This is also happening to several other tenants at this time. We were excellent tenants, paying our rent on time, keeping our apartment clean and picking up dog poop. Our neighbors have always found us gracious and helpful. I know several other people who have sold to move here and I fear for them. My husband and I are almost 70 and mom at 93, this has put a hardship on us, physically ...and financial. The only reason is be cause they want to charge way above market value for our aoartment The office staff is rude The grounds are not lush, more like weed ridden. Shrubs are dead or unkept. Thw dog park isnt exceptional. Its muddy, weed ridden and dozens of poop bombs on any given day. We have tolerated the last year with the new office staff hoping it would get better, which it hasnt. The maintenance staff is the only good think here. We made so good friends here but many have moved on or are in the processofmoving on. God is sending us away from here for a reason.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2022Prices are high for how outdated it is here. The pet owners here are not all good & some do not clean up after there pets. The tennis court & basketball court are a nice addition but they are run down. Staff is nice though here.Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment Complex in Terre Haute
July 5, 2021I love the heritage trail apartments. This complex has been my home for 7 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Enjoying living at Heritage Trail Apartments.
