Quiet, Reliable, and Spacious

This is the best apartment complex I have ever experienced. The management is nice, helpful and responsive. They are constantly keeping the property kept up. There is a mixture of small families, students and young professionals. The only downfall is the units aren’t upgraded but they are very high quality.

I lived at Heritage Riverwood for 6 years, while attending Clemson and a few years afterward. Staff was so friendly every time I called or went into the office. The maintenance is super fast, they were out to check on it the same day I called through the week. Clean, quiet place to live. A bunch of my friends ended up moving here too and they all loved it. Highly recommend, best apartments I've ever lived in!

The Heritage at Riverwood complex is starting to age and management seems to be ignoring it. All of the buildings need a new coat of exterior paint and the appliances need to be upgraded. Management is very good about keeping the interior of the apartments in reasonable shape. When I moved in I had new carpet and freshly painted walls. The area is very quiet and I have never had trouble with my neighbors. The maintenance crew does take awhile to get things fixed and they also require constant ...
reminders that something is broken (I had a leaky hot water heater for over a month). My biggest complaint is that the buildings are not very well insulated and the appliances are old and inefficient causing my power bill double that of someone who lives in a 4 bedroom house (I'm in a 2 bedroom apartment on the bottom floor).
