We were very disappointed with Heritage at Valley Ranch, particularly when you consider the rent we pay.
Water outages occur repeatedly, about once every few months.
The water pipe system appears to be quite old, and if a leak occurs in one building or part of the area, the whole community will lose water for the entire day.
On September 27, 2026, it is one of the worst days; the whole community has no water due to a leak at one spot — there isn't even enough water to cook, to use the restroom,
...or to look after infants and small children.
At times there is little or no earlier notice, making the situation even more difficult.
It isn't a new issue; although management are aware of the ongoing water problems there appears to be no appropriate long-term solution.
The gym is likewise poorly kept in that at various times only one treadmill is working and the weights and benches are very limited for the whole community.
The school area is most likely the main factor why so many families have decided to live here, but that doesn't mean that people who live in the area should have to put up with inadequate basic services even though they pay high rent and maintenance charges.
Management ought to deal with these issues rather than considering them as routine maintenance problems.
