Heritage at Whiting provides beautiful, affordable rental housing for low- and moderate income adults, ages 55 and older. Close to friends, family and the places you love, Heritage at Whiting offers a refreshing natural setting with tall pines and bright views. Our community provides the privacy and security of your own apartment in a new affordable housing community for older adults. Conveniently located in Manchester Township, Heritage at Whiting is close to retail stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Heritage at Whiting applicants must meet NJHMFA age and income guidelines. In the first 90-days, priority will be given to qualified applicants who were impacted by Superstorm Sandy. The private one- and two-bedroom apartments of Heritage at Whiting were carefully designed to offer both comfort and safety. Each apartment is protected with 24-hour monitoring for fire and medical emergencies. Other features include kitchens with full-size stainless steel appliances, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, and spacious walk-in closets Heritage at Whiting provides residents with on-site conveniences that include an attractive first floor lounge. A multipurpose room with a pantry is available for parties and other social activities. Clean, modern laundry facilities are located on each floor. A private entrance and dedicated parking lot are part of the community. The dedicated, friendly staff at Heritage at Whiting works with area service agencies to help provide its residents with information regarding other convenient services available in the area. Heritage at Whiting is owned and managed by Springpoint Senior Living, New Jersey’s leading senior housing and care provider, successfully serving seniors since 1916. A great place to Retire too!!
October 5, 2017We just moved in about a month ago and my husband and I both love it here,feel very safe, the people are friendly, it's clean and a lot of closet space for storage! They have an area to sit on benches and enjoy the weather, or for smokers, outside so nothing will smell like smoke inside. Everyone seems very friendly both residents and employees, I am very grateful we were accepted into the heritage apartments, I would recommend this facility to anyone, with a spouse or alone, you are very safe ...here!!!
