November 18, 2025Heritage at the Peak is a safe place to live. We are situated on a hill surrounded by hills and fully gated well lit property. Friendly neighbors in a quiet setting with lots of animal lovers. I am here 9 months. With the new management my sliding glass doors are finally fixed and I have a screen!Review from Apartments.com

September 24, 2025I have requested several times that management contact/correct some residents NOT to leave their trash out from early morning, over the entire weekends, when there is no pick up. Aside from looking awful, it increases the possibility of animals rntering the area. So far there has bèen no action. I have loved living here...its been almost 9 years, but things are not as well taken care of as it used to be. On a positive note...the Maintence service is excellent.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025Horrible management here. Nothing is done right. I’m still waiting for my rug to get cleaned up after water leaking through the windows. Dog poop everywhere, my fridge hasn’t been fixed yet after 6 months of telling management about the issue. Do not recommend living here. Everything in this place never works properly.
