I do feel that maintenance has been less responsive, but also feel that my minor fixes do not take priority over more major issues, such as AC. There is minimal noise in and out of the apartment from neighbors, so it's a peaceful environment. There is always plenty of parking by my building which is a huge plus and it's not too far from activities, downtown, and supermarkets. I do wish there was an easier way to meet my neighbors as I'm often at work during ...events and it seems that primarily families go to events or neighbors are dropping in and do not stay to meet each other. The community events are really nice.
