August 14, 2025Paid valet trash is worthless. Don’t pick up someti and don’t get value for it. Paid technology fees are not worth the cost. It has never worked properly for the entire 3 years I’ve lived here. On call parking is horrible also. Vehicles that aren’t allowed are vehicleProperty Manager Responded

August 12, 2025I’ve been living here for 5 years, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The grounds are well-maintained, and the landscaping makes the place feel inviting. The management team is responsive to maintenance requests and generally communicates well about updates or changes. Neighbors are friendly, and there’s a good mix of families, professionals, and retirees. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are kept clean and in good condition. Parking is usually easy to find, and the ...complex feels safe with good lighting at night. While rent has increased slightly over time, the quality of living and location make it worth it.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025My wife and I are going on two years of living at Heritage on Millenia and we love it here. For the most part we feel safe, the place is always clean and taken care of, when we need something fixed it’s usually taken care of within that same week. There are amenities such as the pool, gym, and dog park that we use quite often. Also the location is great! We love being close to all Major highways and our local stores. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for the company to pressure wash ...the stairways and infront of our building every few months. When the trash collectors do their job trash and liquid leaks and it’s dragged all through the hallways and stairs so then it leaves smelly stains everywhere. It’s not a good look especially for the price we pay to stay there. We have had the same stain infront of our door since we moved in and nothing been done since we moved in. Other than cleaning our building and the walkways more often we are happy!Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025The place is cozy, although lately we have had a lot of noise, and people being messy and smoking strange things in the common areas. There should be more police surveillance. Many people are driving very fast inside the complex, forgetting that there are children and animals in the area. Please put up signs saying that they must respect the speed limit. July 1, 2025I enjoy Heritage. The maint. team is fanastic and always kind. I've never seen a complex more attentive to their clients. The pool/hot tub is nice. The atmosphere is good overall. I love the walking distance to Target, Krispy Kreme, Five Below, etc. I also love the adorable ducks that live on Traiditon Parkway- they make my day with their cuteness!Property Manager Responded
