September 25, 2025The trash bin is too far away and there is only one. We have only been able to access the gym and the locker at certain hours for months, yet no adjustment has been made so far.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025Overall a nice place to live. The trash / recycle area continues to be poorly managed and a mess each week. Either more recepticles or more frequent pick ups are needed. Recent problems with packages going missing is disappointing. People here are very friendly. The pool has been welcome this summer, although it's a bit if a mystery why the deep end is marked 6 feet but is actually about 4 feet. The pool is kept very clean!Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025I have lived at Heritage on the Merrimack since January 2025 and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The staff at the office is always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance has always been prompt and thorough. The construction that is currently underway has produced a beautiful pool and lounge area. June 27, 2025I've lived at Heritage for about two years now. It is a bit of an older property which is noticeable in some ways but not in a negative way - just older. The apartments are nice and updated. New ownership as of about a year ago and they are really working on upgrading the property and amenity spaces which look great so far. Mike and Sedin on the maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests.
