Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which has made day-to-day living easy and stress-free. December 2, 2025The staff is the best part of Heritage on the Merrimack. The location can't be beat. Near everything yet feels like you are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. August 18, 2025Overall a nice place to live. The trash / recycle area continues to be poorly managed and a mess each week. Either more recepticles or more frequent pick ups are needed. Recent problems with packages going missing is disappointing. People here are very friendly. The pool has been welcome this summer, although it's a bit if a mystery why the deep end is marked 6 feet but is actually about 4 feet. The pool is kept very clean!Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025I have lived at Heritage on the Merrimack since January 2025 and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The staff at the office is always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance has always been prompt and thorough. The construction that is currently underway has produced a beautiful pool and lounge area.
