March 5, 2026The apartments are very soundproof, I have never heard my neighbors vacuuming or watching tv loudly. The apartments are more expensive than other area apartments. Maintenance has been very helpful and friendly the few times we have needed them.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2026I've been here since December 2011, and I love living here! I have great neighbors, the staff is top notch (not to mention friendly!) and the new updates to the pool area, workout room & leasing office are fantastic - but I really love walking into my building now - everything is freshly painted with a new color scheme and brand new carpeting. I can't wait to see all the improvements to the clubhouse which should be finished soon! I have been very happy living here, and look forward to many more ...years in the future. March 1, 2026Amenities have been unavailable for months, after being unavailable for some time prior. Very difficult to get any response from the office unless you go in in person or call. Door of building has been broken for over a year, does not lock and anyone could come in. Very unsafe and when I’ve emailed several times and have never received a response back. February 28, 2026Feeling frustrated with the cost of rent for our services that we do not have access to. Our pool opened late. Our fitness center has been closed for months. No Amazon delivery room so you have to go from building to building to get your packages. Trash recycling looks like a dump all the time, lots of rubbish all over. The covered parking is great, of course you pay a premium but they never sand/salt so it’s very slippery. Bottom line, not getting what I am paying for,. Feel that there ...should be a decrease in rent when we don’t have our all inclusive access.Property Manager Responded
