February 24, 2026This company wants the rent money but apartments need to be updated. They have other apartments they are updating this( hermitage)is the main one needs the updates. Ac units are not strong enough to power through apartments during the day unless the sun goes down then it will get cool. laundry mat needs to be updated appliances are always having a issueReview from Apartments.com
Terrible
June 29, 2021Lived here on a 1 year lease back in August 2019-2020 and it was terrible. Trash cans always full and overflowing. Cockroaches inside the apartments. OLD, VERY OLD on the inside. Lots of weed smokers and smells, very sketchy apartment complex. All of white properties are smelly and OLD and suspect. Not worth moving into and definitely not clean.Review from Apartments.com
