The onsite property manager (Sarah) is really attentive & helpful. The apartments were recently upgraded with new kitchens, new bathrooms, smartlocks, and other touches. Property is kept clean. Located close to downtown. Overall, very nice apartment community.

The studio apartment itself was nice, but it’s not ideal if you need to be up early for work. The neighbors are extremely loud at night, and it happens every night, almost like a group that stays up making constant noise.
