Overrated
June 17, 2017Gate hasnt worked in the year I have lived here. The vacuum at the car center does not work. The pool is closed in Phase 2. They advertise a lot of things and those things do not meet expectations.Review from Apartments.com
Did not meet expectations
July 7, 2016Office personnel are shady. Gate never worked the two years I lived here. The floor between the upstairs and downstairs are poorly insulated and footsteps can be heard. The vacuum at the car center had a nozzle TAPED to the hose. notices from the office are intimidating. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015I love where I live its a great place to rise kids. Its just like a mini gym and it have a business center where you can search for anything you want on the computer. The kids have two play area and pool area to use. The landlord are great to have and they fix their apartments if anything is broken. The inside a very large, all aplliance comes with all apartments. July 22, 2015This apartment complex is extremely clean, very safe and really affordable. It's very close to shopping, restaurants, and the hospital. We're located off a main thoroughfare, but we don't have any traffic in the complex. I live in a spacious two bedroom unit which includes washer/dryer, and all updated appliances. My private balcony is awesome and includes a storage room. I would highly recommend Heron Cove to others.Review from Apartments.com
