they look for any little reason to keep all of your deposit even if you've paid for a professional cleaner before you leave. they also charge you for replacing things that are not broken just to trump up reasons to keep your money!

This place used to be great. Management is lazy and unprofessional. They never answer the phone, makes you wonder what they do all day cause it isn’t helping residents or the maintenance staff. Dog poop, cigarettes, trash and discarded furniture are to be expected. Closed the bathrooms at the clubhouse because of vandalism. Closed the pool last summer because kids were being dropped off with no parents. This place is sketchy.

I’m approaching my second year of living at Heron Pointe Apartments and I highly recommend this housing community. The apartments and facilities are clean and well kept, the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful in facilitating the needs of the renters. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Rachel is the head property manager and she is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate each and everyone’s needs. I highly recommend Heron Pointe Apartments.

Absolutely THE WORST apartment I have rented in Colorado! Their staff is a joke, they schedule apts to fix things and don’t show up. You have to hound them to fix a simple request.. I should have listened to the reviews I read before moving!! They say luxury? There is nothing luxurious about this place other than the clubhouse hahaha

I am about to finish a year lease at this complex and was extremely pleased with the experience. The leasing office is readily avaliable and extremely friendly. Lots and lots of dogs with no breed restrictions so always a plus if you are a pet parent. Though currently there is not a pool or gym, a massive extension to the property is happening across the street and can imagine more amenities being added. When there comes a time I cannot be in a house again, I will absolutely consider these guys ...

I absolutely love it here we have had bad experiences with renting apartments! We are never late on rent! Though life happened and my husband got into an accident and he was the breadwinner! They worked with us so much and where do kind! If it wasn’t for how great they are here we would’ve been homeless! So thanks so much to Chelsea from the leasing office she is great! Everything around the process of moving into the apartment has been a lot less stressful due to the kindness and helpfulness of management. Chelsea greets you with a smile and is very informative. Positive environment all the way around. The layout of the apartments feel more like a house. It certainly feels more like a place to call home.

The management team has made it so welcoming to be a resident at this complex. The apartments are brand new and absolutely stunning. All appliances are very nice and the layout of the apartments are flawless. Chelsea is the manager and has helped me so much through this process. I never had a delayed response or question she could not answer. I highly recommend this apartment complex and pet friendly!!!
